Dubbed ‘Seaside Comfort’ – buttery, garlicky, and feels like a vacation in every bite!

Ingredients:

12 oz linguine or spaghetti

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth

1 lemon, juiced and zested

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

PREPARATION:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
