Turmeric eye compresses to reduce inflammation and irritation

Turmeric Eye Compress for Inflammation:

★Ingredients

1 teaspoon of turmeric powder

1 cup of warm water

Clean cloth or cotton pad

★Instructions

Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder in 1 cup of warm water. Stir well until fully dissolved.
Soak a clean cloth or cotton pad in the turmeric solution.
Gently apply the cloth or pad over your closed eyelids for 5–10 minutes.
Remove and rinse your face with lukewarm water.
