Broccoli, Potato & Cheddar Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for depth of flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (for a smoky touch)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (for heat)
