Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

Ingredients:

8 small flour tortillas

1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup mini pepperoni (or regular pepperoni cut into quarters)

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Olive oil or cooking spray

Optional Toppings:

Crushed red pepper flakes

Fresh basil or parsley

Grated Parmesan

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Assemble the tacos:

Place tortillas on the baking sheet.

Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on one half of each tortilla.

Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.

Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

Fold and bake:

Fold the tortillas over into taco shapes.

Lightly brush tops with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve hot:

Garnish with fresh basil, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes if you like.

Note:
Feel free to customize your pizza tacos with your favorite toppings—try adding sautéed mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers. Want a crispier shell? Pop them in the air fryer for 5–6 minutes at 375°F!
