My first attempt at Peach Cobbler in my Losge

My first attempt at Peach Cobbler in my Losge 12” skillet. I used the 1-1-1-1-1 method.
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 large can sliced peaches
I stick salted butter
Melt butter in 12” cast iron skillet at 375°
Mix together flour, milk, sugar, and egg in a mixing bowl.
Pour batter over hot melted butter
Add peaches over batter (including syrup).
Bake at 375° 30 minutes
NOTE: recipe called for 30 minutes baking, but it took about 50 minutes for mine to brown up nicely. I’m guessing it depends on your oven and location.
