Cottage Cheese Chocolate Fudge Protein Brownies

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, eggs, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Blend or stir until well mixed.
  4. Fold in any optional add-ins.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the center is just set.
  7. Let cool completely before slicing.

Prep time: 10 minutes. Bake time: 20–25 minutes. Total time: 30–35 minutes. Yields: 9 small brownies.
