6 oz uncooked spaghetti noodles, broken in half

1 lb lean ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups marinara or pasta sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

10–12 crunchy taco shells

Optional toppings: fresh basil, grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes

  1. Cook the Spaghetti:

Boil spaghetti noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  1. Bake:

Place filled tacos on a baking tray and bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and shells are slightly toasted.

  1. Serve Hot:

Garnish with basil or Parmesan if desired and enjoy the fun, cheesy fusion bite!
