Lemon Orange Cake

Ingredients:

2 large eggs 

3/4 Cup Sugar 

1/3 cup melted Butter or margarine 

1 cup (250g) heavy whipping cream 

1 tbsp lemon juice 

1 tbsp orange juice 

1 1/2 cup cake flour 

1 1/2 tsp baking powder 

50g grated chocolate (optional)

For Orange Sugar Glazed:

1 cup powder Sugar 

2-3 tbsp fresh orange juice

PREPARATION:

Beat or whisk together eggs, Sugar and dissolved spread or margarine. Add whipping cream and keep speeding around 30 sec.

Add lemon and Orange juice.

In another Bowl filtered together baking powder,cake flour and salt.

Add fluid fixings and dry fixings. Rush until well join. Try not to over blend.

Pour the cake blend in a lubed Baking Pan

Prepared 30 minutes in preheated broiler 175 degree Celsius.

Allow it to cool prior to adding orange sugar frosted over the cake.
