Ingredients:
°2 small red onions
°3 squeezed limes
°1 tbsp oil (olive or light avocado oil)
°3 tomatoes
°1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
°1 tbsp salt to taste

PREPARATION:
Slice the onion down the middle, mince finely and put away in a bowl Sprinkle with a c.a.s. salt and let represent ten minutes Cover the onion with tepid water and leave for an additional ten minutes Flush and wring out the onions Add the lemon juice and a spot of salt, hold on until the onions become pink or possibly 30 minutes prior to serving. Slice the tomatoes down the middle and mince finely Throw the onions with the tomatoes, oil and cilantro. Taste and add salt if important
