Cheese Shrimp Penne Pasta & Spinach

Ingredients:

8 ounces uncooked pasta
1 pound shrimp, deveined and peeled
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
4 ounces sun dried tomatoes, drained and cut
2 cups of baby spinach
1 ½ cup skim milk
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp Basil
½ tsp red chili flakes

PREPARATION:

Heat up the pasta in a pot of salted water until the pasta is still somewhat firm.
Put oil into a skillet and add the garlic
Saute until the garlic is fragrant

Cook until the shrimp are finished, however don’t overcook
