MILK BRIOCHE ROLLS

Ingredients:

For the Dough:

1/2 cup (120ml) whole milk, warmed to about 110°F (43°C)

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast

3 1/2 cups (440g) all-purpose flour

1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon salt

4 large eggs, room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened and cut into small pieces

For the Egg Wash:

1 large egg

1 tablespoon whole milk

For Garnish:

Optional: Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or coarse sugar
