Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 large pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
PREPARATION:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
Arrange the pineapple rings in a single layer in the baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, melted butter, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
Spoon the brown sugar mixture evenly over the pineapple rings, ensuring each ring is coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pineapple is tender and caramelized, and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm pineapple bake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
