Angel Beef Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) mixed vegetables, drained (or fresh veggies)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Stir in the tomato sauce, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
  4. Combine with Noodles: In a large bowl, combine the beef mixture with the cooked egg noodles and sour cream. Mix well.
  5. Bake: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cook: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve: Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
