Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes, diced into ½ inch pieces
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp Cajun OR Creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of liquid Shrimp and Crab boil liquid, Garlic and Onion flavor
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp

PREPARATION:
FIRST STEP:
Spray the crock pot with a non-stick cooking spray.
Place the sliced sausage in,
SECOND STEP:
Add the potatoes, bell pepper, onion and garlic
Sprinkle with the seasonings
THIRD STEP:
Mix the liquid Shrimp and Crab boil liquid with the chicken broth
Pour that mix into the crock pot
FOURTH STEP:
Cook, covered, on high for 3 hours, 6 hours on low.
The last 20 minutes, add in the shrimp and let cook until shrimp are done.
FIFTH STEP:
Garnish with chopped green onion when done
