Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
PREPARATION:
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.
Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
Stuff the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a greased baking dish. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast (being careful not to cut all the way through). Stuff each pocket generously with the cheese mixture.
Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C) and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with your favorite sides!
