Cheesy Mexican Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef
½ cup chopped fresh tomatoes
2 cups salsa
1 can red beans, drained
2 cups sour cream
1 can 2 oz sliced black olives
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
3 cups tortilla chips, crushed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

EAT VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP

PREPARATION:

FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large skillet, crumble and brown the hamburger to cook.
STAGE TWO:
Stir in salsa, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
When the liquid has been absorbed, stir in the beans and heat
STAGE THREE:
Lightly spray a 9×13 mould
Divide the crushed chips into a uniform layer
STEP FOUR:
Pour beef mixture over top
Spread sour cream on beef
STEP 5:
Sprinkle with olives, green onions and chopped fresh tomatoes
Sprinkle completely over grated cheddar cheese
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, until hot and frothy
Serve and enjoy!
