Coffee Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or stevia)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature or chill in the fridge.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
