Crock Pot Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 lbs chicken drumsticks (about 8–10 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (or your favorite sauce) 🍖
  • 2 tbsp honey 🍯 (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tsp onion powder 🧅
  • 1/2 tsp paprika 🌶️
  • Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish 🌿

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season the drumsticks with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place them in your Crock Pot.
  3. Mix BBQ sauce and honey, then pour over the chicken. Turn to coat evenly.
  4. Cook:
    • On Low for 5–6 hours
    • Or High for 3–4 hours
      (Until chicken is fully cooked and tender!)
  5. Optional: Want crispy skin? Pop the drumsticks under the broiler for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Serve & Enjoy! Garnish with parsley if you like, and pair with your favorite sides. 🍽️

You can easily customize the flavor by switching up the sauce! Try buffalo for a spicy kick 🌶️, teriyaki for a sweet & savory twist 🍜, or lemon garlic for something fresh and zesty 🍋🧄.

Also, if you prefer crispier skin, broil the drumsticks for a few minutes after slow cooking — it makes a big difference! 🔥
