Ingredients:
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large pot, sauté the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeño until softened.
- Add cumin, paprika, and oregano. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
