Gratin of Shells with Raclette and Minced Meat

  • 12 oz pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz Raclette cheese, sliced or grated

  1. Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta shells in salted water until al dente, then drain.
