Greek Yogurt Strawberry Shortcake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, egg, honey, baking powder, and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into small biscuit rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. In serving glasses or bowls, layer almond flour biscuits, Greek yogurt, and sliced strawberries.
  6. Repeat layers and finish with strawberries on top.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Prep time: 15 minutes. Bake time: 15 minutes. Chill time: 30 minutes. Total time: 1 hour. Serves: 4.
