Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded Jarlsberg cheese
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 1/2 tablespoons whole milk
- 2 tablespoons diced red onion
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- A pinch of paprika
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer to serving dish if desired.
- Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with crackers, pretzels, or veggies.
