Korean pork ribs

Ingredients:

3 pounds of country style pork ribs

1/2 cup coconut ami_nos

1/4 cup sesame oil

2 table_spoons of apple cider vinegar

1 tablesp_oon of hot garlic sauce

1 tablesp_oon of the sweetener of choice that you used xylitol

1/2 tables_poon ground ginger

8 garlic cloves, cut into slices

6 slic_ed onions

PREPARATION:

Plac_ing ribs in a crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the mixture over the meat and cook over high heat for 6-8 hours if the meat is frozen. If tha_wed, cook over low heat for the same amount of time. We were served with kimchi and sesame herb noodles.
