Low Carb Crustless Pizza Bowl

Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground Italian sausage (or ground beef)
1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-carb)
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
1/4 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced (optional)
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

Layer in an oven-safe bowl: Spread cooked sausage, marinara sauce, and half the cheese.

Add toppings: Pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and seasonings.

Top with remaining cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes until bubbly.

Broil for 2 minutes for a golden cheesy top.
