1 (14 3/4 ounce) canned salmon
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
3 tablespoons mayonnaise

PREPARATION:
Open salmon and channel completely. Place depleted salmon in blending bowl and chip equitably with a fork. Add onion, corn dinner, flour, mayonnaise, and egg. Mix until all around mixed. Shape the blend into patties about the size of a typical burger or less. Cook in oil in skillet over medium intensity until seared on each side. Turn once while searing. Note: The mayonnaise assists the patties with holding their shape and holds them back from being excessively dry.
