Ingredients:

°1 cinnamon stick about 10 cm

°1 cup unsalted butter

°1 cup pecans

°1/3 cup powdered sugar

°2 cups flour

°Sufficient powdered sugar to coat the cookies

PREPARATION:

1 Preheat the broiler to 350°F.

2 Grind the cinnamon in a plant or mortar and put away.
