Ingredients:
6 eggs- 1 teaspoon baking powder

White Cream Filling:
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 egg yolks, strained
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 5 tablespoons powdered milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- Vanilla extract drops
- 1 small carton (7 ounces) heavy cream
PREPARATION:
Start by beating the egg whites until stiff, then add the egg yolks and beat a little more. Now add the sifted sugar and beat until it forms a cream.
Then stop beating and gradually add the sifted flour, mixing well. Add the warm milk and finally the yeast. Bake in the oven.
For the filling, bring all the ingredients to the boil until thick and finish with the cream.
For the whipped cream, beat 3 egg whites until stiff, add 6 tablespoons of sugar and finally mix in a can of cream without serum.
