Ingredients:
°1 kg of potatoes°150 gr of garlic & fine herbs cheese (such as Boursin, Mme Loïc)°25 cl fresh liquid cream°25g butter°1 clove of garlic° Salt pepperPreparationIn saucepan, heat the whip cream, butter and garlic & herb cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.Peel & cut the potatoes to slices and place them in a gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove of garlic.Pour preparation on top and bake for 50 mn at 180°C.
