Slow Cooker Sausage and Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

– 1 bag of cubed hash browns
– 14 oz kielbasa sausage, cut into pieces
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
– ½ cup milk
– ½ cup sour cream
– Salt and pepper, to taste

PREPARATION:

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  2. Add the hash browns, kielbasa sausage, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheese into the slow cooker. Mix everything together.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato and sausage mix and stir well.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
