Ingredients:
– 1 bag of cubed hash browns
– 14 oz kielbasa sausage, cut into pieces
– 1 small onion, diced
– 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
– ½ cup milk
– ½ cup sour cream
– Salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray.
- Add the hash browns, kielbasa sausage, diced onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheese into the slow cooker. Mix everything together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the potato and sausage mix and stir well.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
