Slow Potato Soup Broccoli Cheddar

Ingredients:

°1 Chopped onion

°1 chopped carrot

°Handful of celery chopped

°2 cloves garlic chopped

°1 tbsp of butter

°2.5 cup chicken broth

°2 tbsp flour

°1 cup milk

° 2 potatoes small cubes

° 4 broccoli blossom cups small cubes

°1 cup grated cheddar cheese

°1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION:

MethodsChop the onion carrot celery and garlic in a food processor melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. My heart is for 5 minutes.Add the flour salt and pepper stir well add the stock milk and potato cubes boil and leave for 15 minutes.Add the broccoli and parmesan and leave for 5 minutes. Add the cheddar cheese stir well and remove from the heat.Take 2 cups of soup and grind them in a blender put them back in the pot.
