Taco-Pizza

Ingredients:

°15 ml (1 tbsp.) olive oil

°450 g (1 lb) ground beef

°1 chop onion

°15 ml (1 tbsp.) minced garlic

°15 ml (1 tbsp) taco seasoning

°250 ml (1 cup) salsa

°1 pre-baked pizza crust

°500 ml (2 c) grated tex-mex type cheese mix

°500 ml (2 c) crushed corn chips

°18 cherry tomatoes of various colors, quartered

°375 ml (1 1/2 c) romaine lettuce

°125 ml (1/2 cup) 14% sour cream

EAT VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP

PREPARATION:

Preheat stove 205°C (400°F). In skillet, heat the oil on medium intensity. Cook the ground hamburger for 4 to 5 minutes, separating the meat with a wooden spoon. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 1 moment. Adding taco flavors and salsa. Heat to the point of boiling, then, at that point, stew over low-medium intensity for 6 to 8 minutes.
